Day 2

Greetings to all and to all a good morning. Its day two of the master cleanse and I have to say this morning I feel great! The salt water flush is not the highlight of my day but it WORKS! I am handling my cleanse a lot different than most, I have decided to utilize this time for a whole spirit, soul, and body cleanse. So it is more than just a diet yet it is a Fast in the true sense. I start my day with prayer (as we all should), then I make my salt water flush, read my word, and then continue my day minus unnecessary phone conversation and text. Not to mention I turned the TV off, makes for more Father and Son time. I am looking forward to what God is going to do in my life and those connected to me. This mornings reading was Genesis 12-14.
